FootHub Model Privacy Policy

FootHub is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of all models who participate in our events. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you register for or participate in FootHub events.
When you sign up to participate in a FootHub event as a model, we may collect the following information:
Personal Information: Full legal name, stage name (if applicable), date of birth, email address, phone number, physical address.
Identification Documents: Government-issued ID to verify age and identity (required for compliance with legal standards).
Photographs & Media: Promotional images you submit, and photos/videos taken at the event.
Payment Information: Banking or payment app details for event-related compensation (if applicable).
Model Preferences: Availability, comfort levels, and performance preferences.
We use your information to:
Verify your identity and age (18+ is required to participate).
Confirm your participation and booking at FootHub events.
Promote FootHub events, where you may appear in event recaps or future marketing (only with explicit media release consent).
Process payments for modeling services rendered.
Ensure the safety, professionalism, and legal compliance of all event participants.
FootHub may take photos and videos at events. These may be used in marketing materials, social media, and event recaps.
You will be asked to sign a separate model release form specifying what content (if any) can be publicly used.
We will not share or publish any images or footage of you without your consent.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Your information may be shared only with:
Internal FootHub staff for scheduling and coordination.
Legal authorities, if required by law (e.g., for age verification or safety).
Partners or vendors under strict confidentiality for essential services (e.g., photographers, payment processors).
We take data protection seriously and implement security measures to protect your information, including:
Encrypted storage of ID and personal data.
Access restricted to authorized personnel only.
Secure third-party payment processing systems.
As a model participating in FootHub events, you have the right to:
Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Update or correct your personal information.
Withdraw your consent for media usage at any time.
Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
We retain model data for up to 3 years after your last event participation, or longer if required by law. Media files and promotional content may be stored longer, in line with your signed release form.
